What You’ll
Be Doing
As part of
our Student Advice & Support Centre (SASC) team, you’ll be the friendly
face and first point of contact for QA Higher Education students. You’ll
provide advice, support, and guidance across a wide range of
queries—face-to-face, over the phone, and online—ensuring every student
receives an outstanding experience.
You’ll play a key role in:
· Delivering exceptional front-line customer service across
all QAHE centres.
· Logging and referring enquiries using our internal systems.
· Resolving queries using your initiative, knowledge of
policies, and discretion.
· Supporting enrolment and ensuring a smooth onboarding
experience for new students.
· Acting as a knowledgeable team member for more complex
queries.
· Ensuring timely responses and consistent information across
all channels.
Note: This role includes working one Saturday in every five
(9:00am–5:00pm) as part of a rota. Uniform provided.
What You’ll Bring
· Highly organised with strong administrative skills and
attention to detail.
· Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and
Word).
· An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
· Able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines under
pressure.
· A natural problem-solver who can work independently and as
part of a team.
Full training will be provided.
