About the Role
- Provide essential support to the Finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily banking transactions, and ensuring customer and student accounts are managed effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing and posting daily bank transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Investigating and reconciling unallocated cash.
- Supporting revenue adjustments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve payment and account queries.
- Supporting audit activities and preparing documentation.
- Assisting with reporting, data analysis and general finance administration.
- Ensuring work is completed within agreed deadlines.
About You
- Previous experience in invoicing, billing, accounts administration or a similar finance role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with CRM or accounting systems is desirable.
