About the Role
QA Higher Education (QAHE) is looking for a proactive, detail-driven Finance Administrator to join our vibrant team on a 6‑month fixed term contract.
If you have a Purchase Ledger background and enjoy working in a fast‑paced finance environment, this role offers a great opportunity to build hands‑on experience and make an impact. 🌟
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will support the finance team with key responsibilities, including:
🧾 Managing end‑to‑end agent commission claims and payments
🔍 Validating commission and bonus claims against contracts and incentive schemes
💬 Handling queries from internal teams and external agents
📑 Raising purchase orders and performing supplier reconciliations
📊 Supporting ad hoc projects and commercial analysis
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has experience within Purchase Ledger
✔️ Communicates confidently with internal and external stakeholders
✔️ Is proficient in MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
✔️ Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
✔️ Is comfortable working with large data sets
