What you’ll be doing 💼
- Supporting students via phone, email and in‑person drop‑ins
- Assisting with tuition fee payments, grants and instalment plans
- Processing change‑of‑circumstance requests
- Helping with credit control activities and ensuring timely payments
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date sales ledger records
- Building trusted relationships to guide students through their options
What we're looking for 🔍
- A customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
- Strong numeracy and literacy
- The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment
- A detail‑focused, methodical approach to your work
