📌 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and shape the strategic direction of Talent Acquisition across QAHE.
- Develop and implement innovative TA strategies aligned with our organisational goals and diversity commitments.
- Manage senior hires end-to-end, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with People Leadership to embed best-in-class recruitment practices.
- Champion employer branding, creating engaging content to attract top talent.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology, compliance, and process innovation.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading a Talent Acquisition function, ideally within Higher Education.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, legislation, and HRIS development.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- CIPD-qualified (or equivalent) and educated to degree level.
