QA Higher Education - Finance Administrator
Birmingham, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
About the Role
QA Higher Education (QAHE) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
You will be responsible for managing agent commission payments and supporting the wider finance team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end process for agent commission claims and payments
- Validating commission and bonus claims against contracts and incentive schemes
- Responding to queries from internal teams and external agents
- Raising purchase orders and performing supplier reconciliations
- Supporting ad hoc projects and commercial analysis
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident using MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel (including pivot tables, vlookup, and sumif functions)
- Is eager to learn and grow in a finance role
- Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is desirable but not essential.
