We support professional development (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) – QA pay for annual membership subscription / exams fees / books / 2 days study leave per exam.
- We offer pay rises with each exam pass (non-contractual) – amount dependent on starting salary - target end point being market rate for qualified accountant
